The challenge

Arrels is a neighbourhood hair salon with great reviews, but it had a problem: no presence online, no showcase where people could see their great work and professionalism. So we built them a website. From there, we found that the whole booking system was done by hand, answering calls while a client was sitting right in front of them.

What we did

   We built their website, a real showcase for their work and their brand.

   We set up a booking system of our own, connected to a management SaaS, so they could leave calls and paper behind.

   We connected that SaaS to the website's online shop, so every piece of data and the whole business runs from a single app.

   It also lets them track expenses and profit, manage staff hours, and log time off — tied live to the availability clients see on the website.

   We added reminders before every appointment, and a nudge at 3 months of no return, inviting the client to book again.

   We built a database with every client's file: what was done last time, and their receipt.

   And a full history of receipts and invoices, with a daily cash count.
